1- Could you track my order?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, we will send you an email with your tracking number, so you can check the status of your package. In case you don't receive your order, you can email us at info@primefitware.com.


2- Can I return or change the merchandise?

For orders placed in the United States, we will accept a return within 15 days after the delivery date.

For international orders you can return it within 30 days. It is important to mention that in order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect condition, have all the labels and the original package. Items MUST be new and never used. We will not refund cash for returned items, we can only exchange items for new items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case you do not have the item for which you want to make the change, you will have that balance in favor for 6 months. Keep in mind that the products to which some type of discount has been applied are considered final sale and are not suitable for exchanges or money back. 3- Can I order from anywhere in the world?

You can order from anywhere around the world.


4- When will I receive my order?

Local orders of any swimsuit ship within 1-3 business days in the United States. For international shipments this will depend on the region. Any order of beachwear products or accessories for more information read in the product description about the current expected delivery time.


5- What if I haven't received my order?

First of all, check your order status for your selected delivery service. If you can’t find the information needed, please contact us at mare305group@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.


 6 - How do I know my size?

All sizes are true to size. Any other questions, we will gladly answer them through info@primefitware.com.


7- What payment methods are accepted?

We are set up to accept all major payment methods. We currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and GooglePay. Please note we are unable to accept cash, checks or money orders.

We also accept payments through PayPal, a known and safe way to make payments over the Internet, and Amazon Payments.

Payments are done through a payment gateway that is responsible for processing the transaction applying the necessary security measures, such as the SSL security certificate. These platforms function as a virtual dataphone.
