For orders placed in the United States, we will accept a return within 15 days after the delivery date.
For international orders you can return it within 30 days. It is important to mention that in order for us to accept a return, the items must be in perfect condition, have all the labels and the original package. Items MUST be new and never used. We will not refund cash for returned items, we can only exchange items for new items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded. In case you do not have the item for which you want to make the change, you will have that balance in favor for 6 months. To manage your return you only have to make the request to the email firstname.lastname@example.org. In response we will send you a return authorization form for you to complete. When requesting the exchange make sure to provide all the details (product and size), so we can manage the shipping process.
Do not forget to include a copy of the original invoice in the package, this information is essential to manage the procedure smoothly.
Primefitware will only accept the return of products that present factory defects; You must be sure of your choice when ordering as they do not make returns for details related to the color or style of the garment.
